Media Credential Request
All accredited members of the media planning to attend the 2025 Dakota Relays are asked to complete the required media credential request. This form is necessary to ensure proper access, communication, and accommodations throughout the event.

Media Attendance / Credentials
- Press and photographer media credentials will be provided exclusively to accredited media members during check-in at Gate E (Click Here).
- All media personnel are required to enter through Gate E located on the East Side of the Stadium and check in with Ryan Hilgemann before gaining access to the stadium.
Media Workspace
Box 401 in the press box will be available for Print Media on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that space is limited and not guaranteed, and no additional space will be available in the press box. All media must present valid press credentials for access to the press box. We respectfully ask that all media limit their use to Box 401 and refrain from occupying other areas on the 400 level, as these spaces are reserved for event staff who are essential to the logistics and successful operation of the meet. In addition, the Howard Wood Dakota Relays Board of Directors kindly requests that media not access Level 500, as it is reserved exclusively for Board of Directors members and VIP guests.
Parking Pass
To receive a Digital Parking Pass for Lot E (Click Here) media must complete the required media credential request by midnight on Wednesday, April 30. Passes will be emailed by Noon on Thursday, May 1 to the address used during registration. No passes will be sent after this deadline—no exceptions. We kindly ask that all members of the media register using the designated site to ensure proper access and accommodations. Media members who do not complete the registration will not be granted access to Lot E. To ensure smooth access and efficient traffic flow, we strongly encourage everyone to arrive prepared with their digital parking pass. Parking will follow the layout provided on the official event map and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited space, the Dakota Relays Board of Directors does not guarantee parking in Lot E. Those without a parking pass will not be permitted to park in Lot E. Thank you for your cooperation and support in making this a first-class event.
